Specific Skills:Four 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation reviewing and manually recalculating carried interest, preferred return hurdle, catchup calculations and maintenance of waterfall models; reviewing management fee calculations, including offsets and waivers, and partner allocations, to ensure accuracy with fund documents and requirements; preparing and reviewing capital calls, distributions calculations, and investor notices on a strict timeline; utilizing knowledge of Internal Rate of Return IRR, Total Value to Paid In TVPI, Total distributionsPaidinCapital DPI, and preferred return purposes; performing oversight of periodic Net Asset Valuations, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, and valuation adjustments; reviewing and recalculating subclose interests based on fund agreements; reviewing fund documents in order to ensure proper application of fund terms; reviewing financial statements prepared based on US GAAPIFRS; and overseeing annual regulatory reporting.
