Specific Skills:This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 Conducting audits of financial statements; 2 Performing carried interest, incentive fee, and waterfall calculations; 3 Reviewing and analyzing ASC740 tax requirements for investment companies; 4 Assessing the accounting treatment for financial transactions under the scope of ASC860; and 5 Reviewing funds limited partnership agreements and properly account for PNL allocations in accordance with said agreements. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
