Specific Skills:In H.10B above, the experience requirement is twelve 12 years of experience in Tool Die Management or related.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include At least five 5 years of experience in an OEM Tool Die leadership role; Experience in tooling maintenance systems, including aspects of development, quality improvements, and productivity improvements; Leadership within a manufacturing environment to set correct priorities in a highly demanding environment; Production performance metrics measuring efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, and costs; Project Management experience overseeing budget projects with timing constraints; Experience with part accuracy improvement; Experience in production and maintaining dies producing aluminum stamped panels; World class production systems e.g. Toyota Production System TPS, General Motors Systems GMS, or equivalent; Ability to interpret of dimensional inspection results e.g., checking fixture, CMM or vision system; and MS office programs e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Project.
