Specifically, he holds a JD from the Yale Law School 2017. While at Yale Law School, he demonstrated academic excellence as evidenced by serving as the Managing Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation. Additionally, the foreign national has been admitted to the New York State Bar since March 7, 2018. He possesses at least 24 months of experience as a Restructuring Law ClerkAssociate. Specifically, he was employed by Davis Polk Wardwell LLP in New York, NY from April 1, 2018 through September 30, 2018 as an Associate, Restructuring Practice Group, and from November 22, 2018 through June 19, 2020 as an Associate, Restructuring Practice Group. From October 15, 2018 through November 21, 2018, he was employed by Davis Polk Wardell London LLP in London, United Kingdom as an Associate, Restructuring Practice Group. The total of these periods of employment is more than 26 months. The foreign nationals experience includes at least two years supporting senior attorneys in complex restructuring and debtorinpossession financing transactions involving debts of more than 500M, including Chapter 11 cases and outofcourt transactions.br br Regarding Section H.12, please note that the employers requirements for the position are normal. First, as indicated by DOLs ONET source, the Lawyer occupation requires a JD or LL.M and several years of experience.
