Specific Skills:This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field and 6 months related experience. Must also have 6 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 leading projects and managing product lifecycle from inception to deployment and maintenance; 2 exploring computer architectures and algorithms deployment on heterogeneous platforms including CPUs, GPUs, and other types of supercomputing hardware platforms; 3 understanding and developing machine learning, pattern recognition, and deep neural networks; 4 designing and implementing image retrieval systems in Python with technologies and frameworks including Keras, Tensorflow, or PyTorch; and 5 implementing and testing lowpower solutions to retail applications on Intels Loihi neuromorphic chips using Loihi NxSDK. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Sunnyvalearea Target office, as directed.
