Apart from that, Knowledge Resources Group, Inc., to meet the shortage of the Educators and related support staffs in USA, is also employing qualified foreign professionals.br For the HR Specialist with Knowledge Resources Group, Inc, one of the essential job duties is to identify the required skill set, recruit and complete employment related paperwork to various government organizations and school systems, on time, so that our Educational support staffs are available for the timelines of the academic years.br The requested qualifications are normal for the offered position because the Bachelor degree in HR, Business or related provides for academic knowledge on basic HR management and processes. However, the degree, though teaches the subject matter, the nuances of human resources management come only through experience. Knowledge Resources Group, Inc. is in a unique business, where many of our employees are from foreign countries, who need help in their immigration, visa and transition to USA.br The time sensitive requirements for our Educational Support Employees, require careful scrutiny and extensive paperwork with various departments in USA. Collecting the required paperwork and presenting and storing them to meet various Labor, State and Federal Laws, Rules and Regulations require practical knowledge and experience in US Immigration. These requirements can only be handled by a person with relevant experience. Training a person is not possible, as without the practical knowledge, it will be not only be exceptionally time consuming and expensive, but also require additional person to supervise. The two years of experience in US Immigration processes, trains a person to quickly get adopted to the mode of working and system of meeting the prerequisite of employing workers with Knowledge Resources Group, Inc. This skill is essential, more especially as most of our employees are to work in Public school Systems, where additional protocol and public accounting are the necessity. The required experience prepares the candidate to discharge the job duties to the normal expectations that meets the functional, business, and company objectives.
