Specific Skills:cont. in H.11 conduct BIM organization for all documents; coordinate with clients and agencies for project approvals, with civil, MEPFP, lighting, landscape, code, traffic, parking, kitchen, zoning, signage, acoustic, security, curtain wall, faade maintenance, special systems, vertical transportation, structural consultants to incorporate engineering systems, help set up owner architect contractor meeting, review submittals, and communicate with contractors on RFIs and change orders; organize, file and distribute documents utilizing Trimble, eBuilder, Smartsheet and Newforma software; conduct site visits and prepare punch lists.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus coursework, internships, or experience to include assisting in largescale projects, commercial and nonprofit experimental projects, from predesign to design development, including new construction, tenant improvement and unit plans; meeting with client representatives for presentations and workshops, analysis of goals and needs, developing adjacency diagrams, graphic content, and preparing Project Program document using Photoshop, Illustrator, and building information modeling programs, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketch Up; gathering information on past projects, content development, quick turnaround concept development, 3D digital modeling, along with presentation and proposal design and formatting; developing concept alternatives, studies and development requiring 3D digital massing, floor plans, space plans, building elevations, sections and perspectives; developing exterior envelope designinterior tenant improvement design requiring enlarged plans, elevations, sections, details and axonometric drawings; conducting material and product research for exteriors; researching materials that comply with the design intend and code requirement; creating physical models including handcraft paper model, laser cutting and 3D printing; assisting in preparing advertising plan for the project; researching domestic and international building codes and regulations, collecting data, and writing reports and presentations to incorporate research and data into architectural designs; developing documents from schematic design to design development including documenting architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details using 2D3D modeling using Autodesk AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Autodesk Revit and related 2D and 3D Modeling software; making corrections as indicated by Design Director to inprogress sets of design development; conducting BIM organization for all documents; conducting site visits.
