Specific Skills:From Boxes H.7A and H.10B Minimum requirements are Bachelors degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; and 10 years of experience in a software engineering role including at least 5 years of experience working with an Agile development methodology.br br Must have 5 years of experience in financial services designing and developing full featured IBOR solutions including positions keeping, cash flows and maturities, corporate actions and reconciliation processing for a full set of investment classes, including equity, debt, and derivatives; demonstrated ability to analyze complex SQL queries and optimize performance in MS SQL Server and Oracle databases using execution plans, AWR reports or similar tools; demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize application performance using VisualVM and YourKit Java Profiler or similar tools; demonstrated experience with objectoriented programming, compiler or interpreter technologies, embedded systems, operating systems, relational databases RDBMS, and scripting; excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to clearly and succinctly summarize results for upper management; demonstrated experience in organizing and running efficient meetings; demonstrated ability to manage solution complexity to ensure simple designs and workflows; demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead crossteam activities with related and unrelated groups; and demonstrated ability to manage scrum team of developers and product specialists, guiding them to collaborate and meet the teams deliverables is required.
