Must also have five 5 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr br o Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall design and UX of webbased and native applications project delivery or software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of Consulting, Customer Experience, and Advertising Marketing and Commerce solutions for enterpriselevel clients;br o Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate those requirements into project and campaign solutions and designs to meet their needs using Adobe programs Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere, and Sketch, Zeppelin, and InVision;br o Developing and collaborating on advertising, marketing storytelling and design strategy in order to facilitate collaboration of user journeys, messaging frameworks, brand workshops and campaign design strategy;br o Monitoring milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Jira, Basecamp, Confulence, Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Office product suite;br o Coordinating the project responsibilities and capabilities of crossfunctional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks;br o Supervising and contributing to the desig of brand books and training materials for brands and products to ensure successful implementation, adoption and understanding within client environments using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and KeyNote;br o Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals, creating job descriptions, hiring and recruiting digital staff members and creative and culture initiatives;br o Evaluating the value of craft and quality across all competencies of Design and content development.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br 15 Travel Required Nationally.br Telecommuting Permitted.
