Identifying and anticipating potential failures during product development to avoid any production delaysbr 4. Communicating efficiently with manufacturing plants during preproduction and debug stage to avoid any potential delays and ensure products are meeting expectationsbr br Following skills must have been gained throughout at least two 2 years of experiencebr br 5. Understanding material science, particularly plastics to ensure designs and parts will meet requirements and specificationsbr 6. Understanding and adjusting 2D drawings with critical dimensions and tolerances to communicate the different elements to verify and control during production to ensure smooth product operationbr 7. Understanding of regulations and norms governing the product design to avoid noncompliant productsbr br Following skills must have been gained through at least one 1 year of experiencebr br 8.
