Experience must include designing vehicle components from initial concept development to final installation; performing structural, modal analysis, and topology optimization of vehicle systems; benchmarking, designing, analyzing, building, and testing vehicle design concepts; generating concepts and providing CAD development to solve mechanical engineering problems through 3D modeling, Finite Element Analysis FEA, mechanism design, and multimaterial mechanical system design; evaluating performance, reliability, and manufacturability of vehicle design concepts; utilizing CATIA V5, Ansys, 3D Experience, and Hyperworks technologies; and utilizing FEA, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly, and GDT methodologies.
