Must also have two 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of cloudbased technologies Oracle, SAP and Workday solutions for enterpriselevel clients, to develop and execute communications, training, engagement and change management, strategies, plans and materials for technical implementations and transformation initiatives;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders through interviews or workshops to gather and analyze requirements in order to develop change management deliverables including stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis and change impact assessments and translating these into project plans to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs;br Analyzing and documenting currentstate organizational structure and processes to support design of futurestatetobe operating models, organization design structure, role profiles and process design using analytic and visualization tools OrgVue and MS Visio to assess the impact of varying design and decision solutions;br Supporting user acceptance testing UAT and System Integration Testing SIT to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;br Using MS Office and training development tools to support the design and development of project deliverables and maintaining these deliverables and shared documentation using collaboration tools Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive and SharePoint;br Coordinating project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables; andbr Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals.br br 80 travel required nationally.br Telecommuting permitted.
