Specific Skills:Must have at least 2 years of prior work experience in each of the following,br 1. Preliminary and detailed design as well as design review of primary and secondary systems for transmission and distribution substations including high voltage and medium voltage equipment layouts, overhead line interfaces, AIS and GIS busbar design, underground cable design, PC systems, low voltage substation supplies, control room design.br 2. Renewables including power distribution design, feasibility studies, interconnection agreements, permitting, construction oversight, TSO code compliance field testing.br 3. ETAP power system study software to carry out short circuit, load flow, protection coordination and power system resiliency analysis, arc flash analysis, grounding grid analysis and design.br 4. Ground grid design and design review for high and medium voltage substations, wind farms, above and underground light rail installations and experience with CDEGS software package modules.br 5. Designing lightning protection systems with the aid of applicable worldwide standards and calculation tools using the rolling sphere and protective angle method.br TRAVEL Position requires 25 domestic travel, fully reimbursed by employerbr Experience must be progressively responsible and postbaccalaureate
