Specific Skills:This position requires Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience designing or developing test solutions for RF devices, or related occupation. Job requires experience in working with RFMicrowave circuit designs and simulators using AWR MWO; testing circuit boards with required equipment in the lab; understanding RFMicrowave design fundamentals for a variety of circuits using AWR MWO and the ability to analyze and design transmission line media and matching networks for complex impedances; fundamental programming in languages such as CC, Java, and Unix; TCLPerl and Matlab software engineering concepts; understanding of the operating principles for microwave antennas used in modern wireless communications radar systems and design using HFSS; and measurement and experimental experience in anechoic chambers to confirm realistic antenna performance. The required experience can be gained concurrently through graduatelevel coursework, internship, research or teaching experience.
