Must have five 5 years of progressively responsible experience with each of the following Logistics, specifically capabilities, distribution process, systems, and business strategy. Indirectly managing and consulting all healthcare transport operations to include operating and tactical strategies through data analytics, technology advancements, and effective change management. Providing strategic direction to management with regards to best practices and benchmarking on outsourcing, pay structure, parttime drivers, truck specifications, delivery window analysis and hot seating of trucks. Must also have three 3 years of experience with each of the following Department of Transportation DOT dangerous goods transport regulations. Analyzing route efficiencies and that local operations are managing schedule compliance. Centralized scheduling strategy management, project implementation, transport asset management, fleet build projects, DOT vehicles and driver compliance, driver training and fleet safety technology. Up to 30 domestic travel required to various and unanticipated production plants, warehouse and distribution centers, supplier locations and other offices.
