Experience must include the followingbr br Demonstrable experience to independently determine, plan, execute and interpret results from Modeling Simulation analyses aligned with the program strategy;br Demonstrable experience contributing MS expertise to multiple projects;br Demonstrable experience contributing MS expertise to regulatory submissions and responses, including pediatric investigation plan PIP responses for the European Medicines Agency EMA;br Demonstrable modeling experience in multiple disease areas, including cystic fibrosis;br Demonstrable experience building population PK datasets including clinical data from at least 100 human subjects, develop model structures, review models, assess model quality;br Demonstrable experience performing population PK, and PKPD analyses;br Demonstrable experience performing pediatric population PK modeling for lt;2 years of age for combination therapies incorporating both CYP induction effects and uncertainty due to maturation effects;br Demonstrable experience taking the lead in interacting with key stakeholders on project teams to collect input and discuss results for specific analyses;br Demonstrable experience incorporating approaches and methodologies based on review of relevant scientific literature;br Demonstrable experience with NONMEM, PerlSpeaksNONMEM PsN, R, Pirana, cloud computing environments, and similar tools;
