Experience must include Working in collaboration with cross functional teams including IT, finance, Logistics and OM to define data requirements for Business and design data models to support SAP enhancements, implementation lifecycles as well as interactive dashboards; Using BIT reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Office, Salesforce or SQL server to facilitate the design of data visualizations and dashboards based on data availability for multiple warehouses; Documenting and training warehouselogistics personnel on new and existing data visualizations created using advanced SQL queries, DAX languages, ETL models and data warehousing techniques; Proposing and implementing leading edge methods to automate, analyze and interpret data to eliminate manual tasks and improving efficiency within the organization; Working on inventory planning, warehouse management, developing solutions for Parts Presentation, Material Handling, Process Flow and Space Optimization; sorting, managing and merging data from different sources to identify trends and relational connections within manufacturing and logistics to make decisions on process improvement impacting global logistics operations and customers; and Investigating efficiency gains and optimized manufacturing processes using Design of Experiments DOEs, Statistical Process Control SPC, FMEA, Gage RR, Process Capability and other statistical analysis tools.
