Prior experience must also include working with Perfumers themes and collections; utilizing fragrance product design principles including expertise in evaluation protocols, fragrance design techniques, and olfactive implications; employing advanced fragrance product and technical knowledge including innovations, manufacturing, and stability; dissecting a fragrance and offering creative ideas; guiding the development of fragranced consumer products; working with key regional and global customers; working with market dynamics and olfactory trends; predicting market acceptance; interacting with customers and clients on briefs and technical matters; managing a fragrance brand and customer relations; working with CMI tools, protocols, and practices; working with consumers within designated fragrance categories; and mentoring and leading a s.mall team and training junior developers at working levels.
