Specific Skills:This position requires at least 2 years of experience performing maintenance, repair and inspection of single and multiengine airplanes and systems.br br Qualified candidates for consideration must also have 1 year of experience with the followingbr br 1. Conducting comprehensive inspections of single and multiengine airplanes and systems;br 2. Performing preventive and responsive aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAR Part 43;br 3. Diagnosing aircraft failure issues including performing troubleshooting and evaluating of aircraft systems;br 4. Assembling and installing components and accessories including Electrical, avionics, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories for single and multiengine airplanes and systems using hand tools and power tools such as rivet guns, power cutters, torches, brake bleeders, high pressure air tools, heat guns, and torque wrenches.br 5. Electronic Avionic installations including choosing and using proper gauge Tefzel wire, circuit breakers, terminal connectors, and coaxial cable.br 6. Measuring parts for wear using precision instruments, including micrometers, calipers, tensiometers, rulers, and specialize gaugesbr 7.
