Specific Skills:Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or related field of study, plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or in product development in a manufacturing environment. Alternatively, requires an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in product development in a manufacturing environment in lieu of a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or related field of study and 1 years of experience in the job offered or in product development in a manufacturing environment. Requires 1 year of experience in all of the following Preparing 2D3D layouts and BOM; SolidWorks or ProE also called Creo; Conducting FMEA, and DFMA analysis; Process validation, continuous improvement programs, and developing production methods including selection of materials, manufacturing methods, processes, fabrication, and operation of product designs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, andor experience.
