Position Requires 3 years of experience in the followingbr br 1 Photo area and QE, RDA, Yield Departments to generate defectivity reduction roadmaps and minimize product deviations using G8D;br 2 Process and Equipment perspective;br 3 Area methods, systems, tools;br 4 Analyzing process cost of ownership, throughput, and performance to develop projects to meet required output;br 5 Equipment vendors to understand product roadmaps and application to internal technology;br 6 Performing material evaluations, imaging process window analysis, improvements using reticle, layout, OPC improvements Overlay techniques;br 7 Leading crossfunctional teams driving yield, output, and quality improvement both within MFG and Technology Development;br 8 Implementing process optimization to improve capacity within the photo area;br 9 Principles and application of immersion lithography, polarized illumination;br 10 Chemical processes specific to lithography, including materials for 365,248, and 193nm lithography;br 11 Metrology principles techniques LIS, Gridmapper, Dosemapper challenges and methodologies;br 12 Statistical Process Control to drive variation reduction and process improvements.
