Specific Skills:Position requires Bachelors degree with high distinction minimum 3.8 GPA in economics, finance or a related field and 3 years of experience working in Technology investment banking and technology growth investing. Prior experience must include 4 completed merger, acquisition or IPO transactions across investment banking; 2 completed growth investments representing at least 100mm of capital in aggregate invested in companies at the Series B stage or later; 3 years of experience with market research and analysis, deal sourcing, financial analysis and due diligence, financial forecasting, company valuation, investment evaluation, investment negotiation, portfolio allocation, portfolio company support; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, SP Capital IQ and pitchbook software as demonstrated by ability to construct Indepth three statement financial models and perform discounted cash flow, comparable companies and precedent transactions valuation analyses; and must successfully complete competencybased interview. This position requires only little domestic and international travel.
