The case number of the previous application is A2002711589. The application in Case No. A2002711589 was subjected to an audit, including on the issue of business necessity for the experience requirement of 7 years. The Certifying Officer accepted the employers response to the audit, including the documentation of the recruitment steps and the business necessity documentation submitted by the employer confirming that the need for 7 years of experience was justified by business necessity and was also normal to the occupation, based on job advertisements posted by a range of other employers seeking 715 years of experience for similar roles, and the employers long history of hiring SAP professionals with similar amounts of experience.
