Specific Skills:Prior work experience must include three 3 years of experience with Developing complex presentations and financial models using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint; Working on teams providing financial advice to Technology, Media and Telecom companies on MA transactions, capital raising, and other complex financial transactions in excess of 200 million in deal value; Participating in structuring and executing MA, equity and debt financing transactions; Building and reviewing financial models including operating models, MA, DCF and LBO valuations and models; Performing due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions; and Presenting to senior executives of Technology, Media and Telecom clients on MA, corporate strategy, and financing alternatives. Must have or be able to obtain FINRA Series 79 within six 6 months of joining.
