Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; and 5 years of related experience in IT automation using various technology, tools and databasesbr br Must have Proven knowledge of ITIL including V4, IT Change Management Application and Infrastructure, systems development process, SDLC methodologies Agile and Waterfall; demonstrated experience with RTC; demonstrated experience with integrations using Java or Python; demonstrated experience with RDBMS including Oracle or MS SQL; demonstrated experience using SQL; demonstrated interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, across various levels of the organization; proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight schedules; and demonstrated experience with all of the Windows Office products Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
