Specific Skills:The position requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related IT field or foreign equivalent degree plus 8 years of technical experience performing solution engineering, design, implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of IT Service Management tools ServiceNow or Microfocus; and 3 years of experience must include ServiceNow platform development including ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes and Security Rules; implementation and upgrade of at least two ServiceNow releases; designing and implementing platform architecture, security architecture and secure by design controls to comply with regulatory requirements; performing implementation of REST API and filebased integrations with external systems Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Workday, Qualys, AWS, Forescout, Infoblox, Splunk and Aveksa; performing implementation of multilayered workflows using flow designer and orchestrationautomation using IntegrationHub; performing implementation and enhancements to ServiceNow ITSM modules call, incident, problem, change, request, knowledge and service portal, configuration management discoverycmdb and Asset Management; writing scripts using JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, or Powershell; and performing backend SQL development.br br Background checks and fingerprinting may apply.
