Analyzing within tool and across tool matching capabilities for Surfscan bare wafer inspection tools;br 7. Troubleshooting data when inspection results are not duplicated; andbr 8. Analyzing statistical process control data from Surfscan bare wafer inspection tools and recognize tools that are not performing to specifications.br br Limited international and domestic travel required.
