Specific Skills:Requires 10 years of experience in the position offered or 10 years of experience leading IT projects or programs, including SDLC experience involving Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Also requires 10 years of experience designing Business Intelligence solutions including SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP BI suite and using Analysis for Office, Tableau and Power BI; designing and building ETL activities Extract, Transform and Load to incorporate data from different sources into existing data warehouse applications; designing data models to satisfy reporting needs and ensuring best performance of current data warehouse processes, including code review and applying industry best practices; partnering with global and regional business stakeholders to prioritize demand and negotiating by creating business cases; and promoting reuse of technology implementations by architecting and implementing reusable APIsmicroservices, frameworks and technology abstractions. Requires 7 years of experience coordinating financial month end activities, coordinating resources that support data load activities, driving the management of priorities without supervision, and monitoring and providing the status of month end progress. Requires 5 years of experience applying data integration practices including APIbased design for business applications and virtualization. Requires 4 years of experience defining and implementing the Automation of Routine processes for Digital Finance areas; and implementing complex technical requirements defined by Enterprise Architecture departments, including Cybersecurity and SOX compliance definitions.
