Specific Skills:Must have three 3 years of experience with talent management practices, talent analytics and statistical analysis, performance management practices, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation; analyzing and interpreting survey data by taking large data sets and developing analytical dashboard within systems; working with large sets of data and conducting statistical analysis, including multivariant regression and ANOVA; translating analytical and statistical data into actionable insights and stories; and statistical analysis programs including SPSS.
