Specific Skills:Requires a bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, or a directlyrelated field or foreign equivalent. Requires three 3 years of progressively responsible experience to include three 3 years financial modeling in Microsoft Excel; utilizing valuation skills including LBO merger models, accretion and dilution, DCF, DEV, sum of the parts, precedent transactions and public comparable analysis; identifying investment opportunities and leading investment due diligence, financial and valuation analysis, and negotiations; supporting existing and future portfolio companies through work or by serving in some capacity such as on the Board of Directors; and two 2 years transaction advising including advising publicly traded and privately held technology businesses. Work M F 8 am 5 pm 40 hoursweek and after hours as needed. Requires 25 domestic and International travel to attend board meetings, company meetings, conferences etc.
