Specific Skills:Position requires a Masters degree in Risk Management, Law, Legal Studies, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with analyzing the laws and regulations relating to credit application processing, and building, executing, and monitoring the effectiveness of compliance programs for credit application processing. Experience must include a minimum of 3 years of experience with the regulatory landscape and data governance for digital products, platforms, payments, mobile applications, digital wallets, and ecommerce, including antimoney laundering legal rules; 3 years of experience with applying Agile methodology to Lean Portfolio Management, as well as the development of technology solutions to monitor and mitigate risks; 3 years of experience with establishing compliance controls, to satisfy legal, regulatory, and policy requirements that achieve growth objectives; and 3 years of experience with crossfunctional teams, including Compliance, Ethics, General Counsels Office, and Privacy colleagues, to drive compliant execution of business objectives.
