Specific Skills:This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field plus eight 8 years of experience in the financial technology sector as a software specialist. In the alternative, will accept ten 10 years of experience in the financial technology sector as a software specialist. Experience must include eight 8 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all the following 1 Delivering complex credit lifecycle solutions in South, Central and North America in native languages using both Spanish and Portuguese when required. 2 Designing and leading the development of solutions that address client requirements. 3 Providing consulting on best practices for technology financial solutions in technical terms and requirements to be provided to clients and company resources technical and nontechnical. 4 IT technology consulting or advising in the banking industry, working with Spanish and Portuguese speaking clients. 5 Working with IBM mainframe, Linux administration and troubleshooting. 6 Working with Cobol zOS and Microfocus JCL, Java and Shell script using programming logic. 7 Database configuration and tuning using Oracle, MS SQL Server and Mysql as well as web server configuration knowledge using IBM WebSphere, Tomcat. 8 Product development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile. 9 Meeting critical timesensitive objectives with an emphasis on planning and project management. 10 Servicing clients in the Banking, Insurance, Mortgage or Telecom industry. Domestic and international travel required 75 of the time. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program.
