Specific Skills:Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field and 5 years of Agile Scrum Master experience. Prior experience must include 5 years facilitating Scrum process including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; 5 years interfacing with project teams to communicate project goals; 5 years planning, facilitating issue resolution, and managing development on technical projects and platforms; 5 years of daily and weekly SLA reporting and progress tracking against release plans; 2 years working in BDD environment; and 1 year working in a SAFe Agile environment or completion of SAFe Agililist certification.br br Must be willing to relocate to various unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may also include a drug screen depending on work assignment.
