Specific Skills:Requires a PhD degree or foreign equivalent in Food Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in food product research and development. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following applying knowledge of food science, food manufacturing processes, ingredient interactions, resource costing, nutrition and unit processes; project management including coordinating crossfunctional global RD projects with internal and external stakeholders; technical report writing; participating in quality assurance reviews and audits for ingredient suppliers; working on product development for consumer goods in multiple global markets including Europe, Asia Pacific or the Americas; and quality assurance practices including utilizing quality management systems and performing compliance activities related to food regulations, product standards and hygiene practices. Experience may be gained concurrently. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 35 of working time.
