Data mining, pattern recognition, rule building and analysis using SQL Teradata and advanced excel to detect highrisk payment processing trends, fraud patterns and merchant noncompliance. Performing investigations on daily basis to detect highrisk merchants and transactions, enforcing terms of service, and identifying system exposures to losses;br 2. Partnering with engineering teams to prepare product requirements for fraud detection automation, provide feedback during product development lifecycle, testing the product, detecting bugs and suggesting enhancements;br 3. Work with 3rd party legal and banking institutions compliance check;br 4. Reaching out to partners on a daily basis via phone and email tickets to resolve compliance and risk related issues;br 5. Working with support teams to ensure communication of risk and fraud associated information to partners. Handling partner escalations by reaching out directly to the concerned parties;br 6. Working closely with tax, treasury, controlling, product and QA to ensure best performance in payments; andbr 7. Build and manage relationships with external vendors.
