Specific Skills:Employer will accept a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, followed by five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a product design or graphics designrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the followingbr br 1 Creating interaction design products or design projects in related fields, such as graphic design, typography, or industrial design;br 2 Producing high resolution designs using Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator or equivalent image editing software;br 3 Prototyping interactive designs using HTML and CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Flash, Quartz Composer, or similar technologies;br 4 Understanding of type, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and other graphic design fundamentals;br 5 Experience with endtoend iterative design process, from the start of a project to completion, with clear rationale going from steptostep and examples of early information architecture and wireframes;br 6 Evaluating design tradeoffs using various sources of quantitative andor qualitative data;br 7 Brand and identity work, for example logo explorations, branding guidelines, visual standards, and marketing pages; andbr 8 Ability to articulate reasons for design decisions by explaining other alternatives and corresponding tradeoffs.
