Specific Skills:This position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, plus 8 years of work experience in Procurement and Supply Chain within the Manufacturing Industry. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1. Conventional production technologies to detect the real cost of components, parts, cost break down and set up; 2. Analyzing bulk purchasing volumes, supplier turnover relations, ABC analysis and unbalanced cost distributions; 3. Generating purchasing projects related to benchmarking, supplier change, tacticalstrategical negotiations with tools game theory, auction theory, sealed bit; 4. Reading and understanding financial balance sheet figures, fixed costs, variable costs to analyze financial stability and reasonable profit rate of suppliers; 5. Monitoring the process of suppliers to map the value stream and improve, eliminate waste in order to optimize cost and synchronize the production system of suppliers with customer pace time; and 6. Audit suppliers and estimation of quality capabilities, process stability to evaluate and scout new suppliers from the market.
