Specific Skills:Bachelors Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus four years experience in industrial maintenance in a food manufacturing environment. Must have experience in the meat packaging industry. Must have experience as a first line manager and training maintenance employees. Must have experience troubleshooting electronics, hydraulics and pneumatic systems as well as production machinery maintenance. Must have experience designing electrical control systems. Must have demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals in the English language. Must have demonstrated ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Must have demonstrated use of basic math skills with the ability to use some mathematical formulas and calculations. Must have demonstrated ability to estimate the labor required to perform maintenance tasks, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, and ability to interpret variety of technical instructions in mathematical, diagram, written andor verbal form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. Must have physical ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift andor move up to 50 pounds. Job requires overnight shifts.
