Oracle Public Cloud Infrastructure and products such as SAAS, PAAS IAAS;br 7. Oracle internal tools such as GMP, Cloud EM, ITAS, JIRA and Rightnow CX;br 8. Working with 3rd party vendors Neustar and Akamai.br 9. Security products such as McAfee web gateway, Arbor.br 10. Backline escalation contact with demonstrated ability to quickly troubleshoot network and network security problems to root cause, to restore service and to identify longterm corrective and preventative actions.
