Specific Skills:Masters degree in Finance or Accounting, plus 5 years experience as CFO or Controller with publicly traded companies operating internationally, with focus on medical diagnostics or device markets. Alternatively, a combination of education and similar CFO or Controller experience totaling at least 9 years will be considered. Experience must include profitability modeling in a medical device environment, working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, and SAP and QAD ERP software, optimization of working capital and organizational financial structure, management of tax administration and government reporting, implementation of central treasury function, development of controllingreporting procedures, as well as PL structures and operative KPIs for various business units.
