Specific Skills:Position requires three years of experience as a mine maintenance superintendent, mine maintenance manager, or related position. Experience must include Asset lifecycle management, and the development and execution of strategies for innovation identification, development and deployment; Maintenance and development of computer based maintenance management systems CMMS; Managing and implementing internal and external standard operating procedures; Monitoring and improving equipment and technology specific maintenance to projects utilizing mechanical mining technologies, human machine interface HMI improvements, robotics and remote machine operations; and Managing and ensuring compliance training for technology management programs, quality control, safety and health, and computer applications involving maintenance asset management principles.br br Incidental international travel is required for this position.
