Specific Skills:Masters degree in Library Science, or Library and Information Science, or the equivalent and indepth knowledge of or experience demonstrating an understanding of the use of the integrated library systems including administration, implementation, troubleshooting, and integration with other systems and programs; planning and implementing systems and technology initiatives; website design and maintenance, including knowledge of established and emerging web usability and accessibility heuristics; reference, library instruction and collection development; and library technical services functions including acquisitions, cataloging, and management of electronic resources.
