Specific Skills:The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Civil Engineering or a related field plus two 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related field. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following Developing, comprehending, and completing legal, financial, constructionrelated, and human resources documents and providing updates and reports to owners and key business leaders; Word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents; Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial Modeling, specifically demonstrating the use of advanced functions in Excel, including vlookup, dynamic data array processing, forecast, PV, XIRR and index; Advanced proficiency in using Timberline, Ms. Project, Primavera and other software applications related to budgeting and overall project management; Completing financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information; Development and new construction business from both a technical standpoint, and from a project management standpoint; Ability to communicate findings from due diligence, property inspections, project updates, and other aspects related to renovations, repositioning, or construction projects in writing using proper grammar, spelling and terms related to the development and construction industry; and Experience with using specific functions in Procore including budget tracking, subcontract creating, document control and change orders.
