Specific Skills:This position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus six 6 years of experience in the job offered or six 6 years of experience as AssociateAnalyst in Investment Banking or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Masters degree plus four 4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree plus six 6 years of experience. This position requires four 4 years of experience with the following skills participating in MA and capital raising transactions; analyzing MA industry trends; financial market dynamics, financial reporting, and discount rate adjustments; advising clients on MA and capital raising strategies; financial statement analyses; financial modeling and market data tools including Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet, Morgan Markets, and Data Query; valuation techniques including discounted cash flows DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and leveraged buyout LBO analyses; drafting marketing materials, prospectus, and memoranda for MA and capital raising transactions; coordinating MA due diligence processes; advising clients on MA structuring issues; and developing client relationships. This position requires three 3 years of experience contributing to origination efforts of new business opportunities; and negotiating MA documents including nondisclosure agreements NDAs and Stock Purchase Agreements SPA. This position requires one 1 year of experience with the following skills analyzing MA industry trends in Latin American countries; financial market dynamics, financial reporting, discount rate adjustments, and inflation accounting in Latin American countries; and advising Latin American clients on MA and capital raising strategies. This position requires up to 50 domestic and international travel.
