Specific Skills:In H.6A and H.10B above, the experience requirement is twelve 12 years of experience in the job offered or twelve 12 years of experience in automotive die maintenance and repair.br br Special Requirements Work experience or academic background to include Die Spotting in tryout press; Large linetransfer die manufacturing and maintenance for Interior and exterior Class A, B, C automobile components; Tool and Die trade obtained at die design and build facility including handson CNC die surface machining; Interpretation of dimensional inspection results such as checking fixture, CMM or vision systems; New vehicle development and launch activities; World class production systems Toyota Production System TPS, General Motors Systems GMS, or equivalent; Working with and developing production performance metrics such as efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, or costs; Die crash repair experience on large line and transfer dies; Welding and repair work on Class A draw dies; and Production support and die maintenance on dies producing aluminum stamped exterior components. Availability for various work shifts daynight required. Successful completion of reference and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.6 andor H.10A.
