Specific Skills:Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related technical field followed by 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a technical consultantrelated occupation.br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites within commuting distance of Slaloms New York, NY office.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least 5 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr 1 Perform requirement analysis, follow up with clients business team, lead requirement gathering phase and preparation of technical design document based on the requirements, and develop as per the design specifications; work on effort estimation, risk and gap analysis and quality reviews;br 2 Define client data strategy, including designing multiphased implementation roadmaps and preparing project related artifacts such as Solution Summary Document, High Level Design Document and Deployment Plan Document;br 3 Use database query languages like SQL, NoSQL, PLSQL to analyze data then design, develop, modify database services in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle IBM DB2, Mongo DB etc.;br 4 Analyze the data and determine transformation logic required between onprem and cloud data warehouse and build data integration layer using an ETL extract, transform, load tool such as Mulesoft Integration Platform;br 5 Ensure endtoend delivery of critical Master Data Management solutions using cloudbased Master Data Management platform like Reltio MDM and onpremise Master Data Management platform like IBM MDM v 11;br 6 Software design and development in Java using modules including Spring boot, Struts2.0, Hibernate, Adobe Flex, JMS, JSF, J2EE and various Integrated Developments IDEs like IBM Rational Application Developer, Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA;br 7 Lead and contribute to data implementation projects andor project independent workstreams;br 8 Maintain project delivery schedule and ensure projects are completed on time.
