Specific Skills:A Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline and 2 years of experience in technical management, management consulting, or engineering.br br In the alternative, a Bachelors Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in technical management, management consulting, or engineering.br br Experience must includebr br 1. 2 years of management experience salaried workforce or program management in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, ProductionProcurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environmentoperations.br 2. 2 years of experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metricsprocess improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics.br 3. 1 year of crossfunctional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitativequantitative data analysis to support business decision making and crossfunctional initiatives.
