Additional Recruitment Information:For the past 4 years have tried to fill position with local candidates, with little success. When filled in 2016, 2017 and then again 2018 have had to terminate incumbent mid-season for failure to meet job description goals. Have temporarily filled with internal staff to "get by", at the detriment to other departments.<br />Have run ads in local papers and online every year starting in 2016, through 2020.<br />The foreign candidate we would like to hire has been here for 3 seasons on a J-1 permit and has demonstrated the ability to fulfill the needs of the position and desire to work at Bromley. We would have liked to offer candidate this position last year, but due to COVID-19 and closed borders, had to defer to this year for the job offer.
