Specific Skills:This position requires a Masters degree in Project Management or a related field and 10 years of work experience in engineering, project management leadership, and software development lifecycles. Also must have work experience with 1. Planning, directing and managing technology projects including creating plans for the execution of technical projects with details on schedule, resource, and cost. 2. Managing the execution of technology projects with consistent tracking of overall project health to senior leaders; 3. Providing SDLC expertise and managing overall Product lifecycle including overall software development lifecycle of technology projects and various methodologies used for execution such as Agile and Waterfall; 4. Microsoft Project and Project Portfolio management tools including Planview; 5. Agile software development tools such as RallyJira, including configuration, administration, and reporting; 6. Source code control tools such as PVCS or Git; 7. Project management involving schedule, scope, cost, and resource management; 8. Analytics tools such as Power BICognos; 9. Object oriented programming languages including Java and or C; 10. UNIX operating system and programming platforms including J2EE and .NET; 11. ORACLE and SQL; and 12. Agile methodology.
