The position requires two 2 years of experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 months of experience with a Masters degree in the following Advance Quality Planning tools and methodologies and developing Supplier Advanced Quality Reports SAQP Workbook; onsite Supplier Audits to ensure Supplier launch meets customer requirements; geometric dimensioning and tolerancing GDT to review drawings and technical requirements; risk analysis to identify high risk suppliers and notify SDT; developing control planPFMEA and reviewing supplier documentation for completeness; PPAP disposition approval to interimfull PPAP; statistical concepts, capability studies, and analysis of results; gagefixture design review and approval process; and conflict resolution mitigation and problem solving methodology 8D.
